By choosing to purchase our products you are subject to the following terms + conditions. Please read over these conditions prior to purchase as once items have been brought you are agreeing to abide with these.

 

PAYMENT + SALES

Lux Aestiva offers two payment methods. Credit/Debit Card + PayPal. Both payment options are securely processed through PayPal and you do not require a PayPal account to use to Credit/Debit option (We accept Visa, MasterCard + Debit Cards). To pay using CreditCard, once redirected to the PayPal site, select the CreditCard option and proceed through the checkout process. PayPal is the most secure payment option possible for you. Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically.  If you are experiencing any difficulties with payment please email us at hello@luxaestiva.com.

 

PRICING

Currency is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. Lux Aestiva is a registered Australian business + we reserve the right to alter/change prices at any given time.

 

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

We do not exchange or refund if it is simply a change of mind or product does not suit, ie health regulations/allergens. Gift cards are non refundable + non-returnable.

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS

Lux Aestiva checks all products prior to posting + sends them out with love. Should an item be faulty, Lux Aestiva will replace the item. Please contact us at hello@luxaestiva.com to arrange return of faulty product and your new replacement item. Notification of a faulty item must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. After this period we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Do not return anything without letting us know prior. We will refund your shipping costs if the item is found faulty and we are notified within 48 hours. 

 

ALLERGEN CAUTION

Lux Aestiva products contain ingredients that are derived directly from nuts (ie; macadamia nut oil, sweet almond oil etc.) If you suffer from allergies we do not recommend  use. Lux Aestiva will not be held liable for allergic reactions. We do not exchange or refund on the basis of allergic reactions to products.

LEGAL

After placing an order with Lux Aestiva you will receive an email confirming the details. This does not comprise a contact. Orders may be cancelled at any time due to inability to authorise a payment or insufficient stock. If a cancelled purchase has already been charged to the customers account we will credit you with the same amount within 7 business days. Lux Aestiva reserves the right to modify information on this website + its product listings therein anytime.

Your privacy is extremely important to us. Any personal information that you provide to Lux Aestiva will not be release, sold or rented to any other entities or individuals. Any changes to our privacy policy may change the terms that govern your use of our site. Your use of our site following any changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the changed terms and conditions.

 

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing: Only with your permission, we may send infrequent emails about our store, new products and other updates. We will never sell your information to any third person or business.

How do you get my consent? When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. How do I withdraw my consent? If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at hello@luxaestiva.com (We will endeavour to respond to you within 24 hours)

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

PayPal-The PayPal site is highly secure. We use industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your information safe. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher. Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
